15 Days Money Back Policy:

  • 15 Days money back policy does not apply to custom made products 
  • To request for return of the product under the 15-day Money back Policy you should do the following:
           1) Email our Customer Care within 15-days from the date of Product Invoice on support@aupulent.com

    2) Make sure you have the following original documents:

  1. Original Product
  2. Original/Copy of Invoice
  3. Product Certificate
  4. Valid Government. Id Proof of the person making the Buyback/Exchange Request.
  • Engraved products are not eligible for a 15 Day Money-Back or a 15 Day Exchange. However lifetime Exchange and Buyback are applicable.
  • When we receive the returned product, our Quality Assurance Department will review it.
  • If the product shows signs of wear / has been altered / resized (by a jeweller other than the company) / is damaged, it will not be accepted for 15 Day Money-Back.
  • The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In the case that, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used at the time of the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
  • For Returns valued upto Rs.1,00,000/- only.

Lifetime Exchange, Upgrade & Buyback Policy:

  • To request for return of the product under the Life-Time Exchange or Buyback Policy you should Email our Customer Care requesting for Life-Time Exchange on support@aupulent.com
  • Aupulent shall provide a Lifetime Buyback to every Customer in the following manner:
    1. 100% of the prevailing market price of gold or any other metal used PLUS
    2. 80% of the prevailing market price of the specific quality of the lab grown diamonds studded in the jewellery
  • Aupulent shall provide a Lifetime Exchange to every Customer in the following manner:
    1. 100% of the prevailing market price of gold or any other metal used PLUS
    2. 90% of the prevailing market price of the specific quality of the lab grown diamonds studded in the jewellery
  • For any Life-Time Exchange or Buyback we shall require the following:
    1. Original Product
    2. Original/Copy of Invoice
    3. Product Certificate
    4. Valid Government. Id Proof of the person making the Buyback/Exchange Request.
  • In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used at the time of the original purchase, the BuyBack / Exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
  • If the discount was on making charges, the discount will not be deducted when determining the Lifetime Exchange (LTE) value.
  • If the discount was on the gold value or diamond value, then the entire discount will be deducted when determining the LTE value.
  • If the discount was on MRP, then 100% of the discount will be deducted when determining the final LTE value.
  • If the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
  • If the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase.
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
  • Lifetime Exchange and Buyback values are calculated excluding the making charges and taxes.
